The Main Pharmacy processes all new prescriptions sent to us electronically by the provider. All prescriptions must be activated by the patient before they are processed and will be ready for pick up within 24 hours. You may activate prescriptions through text at 1-833-444-3741 and text the words "Get in line" (please make sure you have the patient's DoD ID number available) or you can activate via phone at 1-618-256-9355, & follow the prompts to main pharmacy activation.
