Located in the heart of Lancaster City, Smithgall's Pharmacy has been run by the Smithgall family since 1916. Founded by George Smithgall Sr. and his brothers, the pharmcay is here to meet all of your prescription needs and is now operated by George's son Charlie and his daughter, Allison. We accept most major insurance plans and offer free delivery.
