Health Plus Pharmacy also offer important services to patients including Medication Therapy Management (MTM), health and wellness screenings, compounding services, insulin pump training, footwear product for patients with diabetes, and immunization. MTM is a pharmacist partnership with the patient and their care-giver to promote safe and effective use of medications thereby helping patients achieve their individual targeted therapy and medication outcomes.
