Alice Siqueira-Benzow, PharmD, is a board-certified ambulatory care clinical pharmacist specializing in cardiology with emphasis in heart failure, hypertension and smoking cessation. She has a special interest in anticoagulation. Alice also offers rheumatology medication management. Friendly and collaborative, Alice enjoys developing personal relationships with her patients and working with them to optimize their medication therapy to achieve the best outcomes. In addition to her work as a clinical pharmacist, Alice serves as a clinical instructor with the University of Washington Department of Pharmacy.
