Jacqueline Ye, PharmD, is a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist specializing in medication management for anticoagulation, diabetes, hypertension, chronic opioid therapy, anemia, polypharmacy, depression and smoking cessation. Jacqueline seeks to provide high quality patient care through a strong partnership between provider and patient, and to nurture an environment of empathy, trust and respect. She strives to get to know her patients as a whole—their beliefs, culture, family history and more—so that she may provide personalized care. Jacqueline is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Lambda Kappa Sigma International Professional Pharmacy Fraternity and Washington State Pharmacy Association.
